Refund of Payment Received

If for any reason we are unable to provide Udyam Registration to you then we are liable to repay. udyamregistrations.com reserves all the right to determine a fair value on return of the service and the same shall be binding on both parties.

The refund process will be initiated once we confirm that services are not provided to you. In case refund request is accepted, amount will be refunded in the same mode you have paid.

Refunds are only processed after internal confirmation that the service was not delivered. The refund will be credited back through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund request can be made within 3 working days of online application made or before your registration as MSME is made with appropriate Government Authority.

Please ensure your refund request is raised within 3 working days of your online application and before your MSME registration is processed with the Government Authority.

Cancellation of Application

You cannot cancel the application once processed from our side with appropriate government authority and certificate of same is issued to you.

No refund will be provided once the application is done and certificate is issued to you.

Once your Udyam Registration certificate has been issued by the appropriate Government Authority, neither cancellation nor refund is possible. Please review your application carefully before submission.

Force Majeure

udyamregistrations.com shall not be considered in breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of:

  • Earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado or natural disaster
  • Act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague
  • Action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion
  • War, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott
  • Or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event")
